Did 2 miles of intervals (30s/60s at 12mph/8mph) with a half mile on either side at 7mph (part of warm-up and cool-down)

I think it's mildly interesting that your tendency is toward time-based intervals and mine is toward distance-based ones.

Well I tend to try to pick them so they come out close to simple distance. But, also, 30/60 is one of those "preferred" duty cycles, according to the trainer-types.
